Jeff was not only a professional colleague, but a personal friend. For several years, I taught the Galloway Method, guiding individuals from no running experience to completing the Athens Marathon in Greece—the original marathon. I have also personally used the method to rebuild my own fitness during pivotal seasons of reset and growth.

Coach Galloway passed away recently. His impact on endurance training, injury prevention, and sustainable performance spans generations.
