Focus: A proven run–walk endurance program that builds fitness safely and progressively, from 5K to a full marathon. A good starting point before transitioning into mountain readiness or multi-day hiking training.
Best for: Fit hikers and endurance athletes who want real altitude exposure and time in a true high-mountain environment.
Focus: A guided, multi-day mountain experience on a Colorado fourteen-thousand-foot peak. Apply fitness in real terrain while developing judgment, pacing, and confidence at altitude under expedition-style conditions.
Every SSAT program is fully personalized — no generic plans or templates. Your coach tailors everything to your current fitness, your specific adventure goal, and your life schedule, with weekly email check-ins and live video sessions to keep you on track and progressing safely.
